Vaccinations Page

I-care follows the current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We have provided a summary below of the CDC's recommendations based on the host country.

Participants in our programs are solely responsible for receiving immunizations. We strongly recommend that you visit a local travel health clinic at least two months before you arrive in the host country , because some vaccinations require several weeks to take effect.

You should carry with you a record of your vaccinations. The most widely recognized document for this purpose is the World Health Organization's " Yellow Card " booklet which is available from most doctors and health centers. All vaccinations should be recorded in this booklet. Carry this document with your passport.
