When you are ready to sign-up, please fill out the Online Application and send the deposit of € 150 via CC Avenue http://www.i-carevolunteers.org/on-line-Payment.asp in order to reserve a place in the program. Click the Personal Data link above to begin the Application. After you successfully submit the Application, you will receive an automatic confirmation email which has instructions for paying the deposit.

If the deposit of € 150 is not received within seven (7) calendar days of the date you submitted the Application, we will notify you by email that your application has been canceled.

The deposit is non-refundable, unless we are unable to find a placement for you. The deposit counts toward the total balance of your program fees.

After receiving the Online Application and deposit, we will contact you to review the pre-trip checklist and answer any questions you have about the pre-trip process. We will also send you the pre-trip guide for your program country that describes the visa process, cultural matters, arrival procedures, health & safety matters, and additional information to help you prepare for your journey.

The full balance of the program fees must be paid at least 30 days before the program start date. If the full balance is not paid within 30 days of the program start date, your trip may be canceled.
